GetOn.com is looking for a skilled project manager to manage our Web Development Projects. Experience with information technology projects is essential and certification with the Project Management Institute would be an advantage.

GetOn.com builds leading-edge interactive web sites and e-commerce solutions. We need someone with a proven ability to lead and inspire development teams to produce high-quality work, on time and within budget.

• Expert knowledge of the principles and techniques of successful project management, gained through project management education, training, or work experience.
• Prior project management experience in a web technology environment and proven ability to lead software development teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Advanced understanding of web development platforms, technologies, practices, and processes. (Including basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, ASP.NET, XML, CSS, DHTML, Javascript, MS SQL, MySQL, and various OS and web servers including Linux and MS Server.)
• Advanced understanding of interface design principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Superior communications skills
• Ability to lead a dynamic team, including setting clear goals, scheduling generating effective teamwork, sustaining development momentum, and resolving issues.
• Experience with quality control standards and quality assurance testing

• Project Management Institute certification.
• A commerce, business, or health information sciences background.
• Prior experience in the web development
• Practical understanding of the common business processes underlying web software.
