Project Manager

Must Have:

Expert knowledge of the principles and techniques of successful project management, gained through project management education, training, or work experience.

Prior project management experience in a web technology environment and proven ability to lead software development teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Solid understanding of web development platforms, technologies, practices, and processes. (Including basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, XML, CSS, DHTML, Javascript, MySQL, and various OS and web servers including Linux)
• Advanced understanding of interface design principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Superior communications skills
• Ability to lead a dynamic team, including setting clear goals, scheduling generating effective teamwork, sustaining development momentum, and resolving issues.
• Experience with quality control standards and quality assurance testing

Definitely an asset:

• Project Management Institute certification.
• A commerce, business, or health information sciences background.
• Prior experience in the web development
• Practical understanding of the common business processes underlying web software.
